Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales to lead revenue growth across the United States and Canada. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing sales initiatives, building key partnerships, and expanding market presence throughout North America.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement annual sales plans and revenue targets for North America, lead a sales team, build and maintain relationships with key partners, and represent the brand at industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of cruise, tour operator, or travel industry sales experience
  • At least 3–5 years of sales leadership and team management experience
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong existing relationships within the cruise and travel distribution community
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools
