Role Overview

The Sr. FP&A Analyst supports financial planning, reporting, governance, and performance management activities across the House of Whiskey & Rum. The role combines FP&A expertise with strong project, data, and stakeholder management capabilities.

What You Will Do

Deliver financial insights, contribute to business case development, and drive key Finance transformation initiatives. Support A&P and SG&A tracking, and act as a key liaison between Finance, Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Brand Home teams, and IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or another relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, management reporting or similar roles.
• Experience in supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis processes.
• Exposure to data analytics, business intelligence, reporting automation, or Finance transformation initiatives is considered a plus.
