Associate Manager-Sales Operations Finance

Role Overview

The Associate Manager, Sales Operations Finance is a key member of the Snacks Sales Operations Finance team responsible for supporting the Direct Store Delivery (“DSD”) Networks with financial analysis, operational reporting, and continuous process improvement(s).

What You Will Do

The Associate Manager will lead recurring IDP stale chargeback processes, prepare leadership summaries, and support the development of quarterly stale objective rates and allowable performance thresholds.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or related roles
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong FP&A fundamentals, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and performance management
• Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to frame ambiguous issues and develop practical recommendations
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority
