Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Project Management, ideally within B2B SaaS or MarTech
- Proven experience working with clients in China and Singapore
- Professional fluency in English
- Mandarin is a plus
- Comfortable with ServiceNow and complex SaaS ecosystems
