Customer Success Manager – APAC

We are looking for a structured, proactive Customer Success Manager who thrives in a cross-cultural environment to lead the regional rollout of a massive international onboarding program covering 40 markets and 7,000 users, and provide high-touch support via ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Project Management, ideally within B2B SaaS or MarTech
  • Proven experience working with clients in China and Singapore
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Mandarin is a plus
  • Comfortable with ServiceNow and complex SaaS ecosystems
