Staff Data Scientist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Staff Data Scientist to help make Campus a world-class data-driven organization. This role requires deep analytical expertise, strong technical acumen, and a strategic mindset to turn data into actionable insights that directly improve student acquisition, engagement, and retention.

What You Will Do

Develop a deep understanding of Campus’ student-facing teams’ impact on enrollment, retention, and academic outcomes – from admissions and financial aid to coaching and tutoring teams. Build a comprehensive measurement framework for student-facing teams’ effectiveness and efficiency.
