Data Analyst (Two Open Roles)

Role Overview

The Data Analyst will perform a critical role in delivering process improvement initiatives, supporting a courier center of excellence, providing analytical support and insights to help increase courier capacity, improve service levels, reduce costs, and drive better decisions.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst will lead and support data migration initiatives, design and implement data integration pipelines, enable seamless access to data across platforms, and develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a University degree in a relevant discipline, proven experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data science roles, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant discipline
• Proven experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data science roles
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project and Change Management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication, as well as solid presentation skills
• Advanced user of standard desktop tools
• Proven experience as liaison between multiple stakeholders
• Transportation business knowledge
• Experience in a Supply Chain role (CTR) with a minimum 2-4 years in a Supply Chain project or analytical role
• Knowledge of Project Management methodology and/or experience
• Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools
• Financial knowledge
• Courier and Carrier operational knowledge
• Past working experience on ecommerce (supply chain, home delivery- last mile, technology, etc.)
