People Operations

As a People Operations & Community generalist at Candid, you’ll work side-by-side with our Head of People and People Operations Lead and partner closely with leaders across the company to help build the systems, culture, and experiences that define life at Candid.

Requirements

• Own day-to-day People Ops administration and serve as a point of contact for employee-related needs
• Help translate complex people processes into scalable systems and automated workflows
• Lead the strategy and execution of company-wide employee experience initiatives and office-specific engagement programs
• Partner closely with our Head of People and People Ops Lead as a trusted, high-discretion right hand on both fun culture-building projects and sensitive People initiatives
