Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will help build a Finance function that can scale with a fast-growing company. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on accounts payable, expense coding, payment operations, and financial reporting.

What You Will Do

The Financial Analyst will own the AP workflow, manage invoices, keep financial data clean, run payment cycles, stay ahead of what we owe, solve problems, partner across the company, support the close, and turn transactions into insights.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related analytical role
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• A solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, including AP, GL coding and reconciliations
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with people across different teams
• A high degree of ownership
• Curiosity about systems, automation, and how technology can make Finance better
• Comfort operating in an environment where processes are still evolving
