Role Overview

The Business Intelligence & Data Solutions Analyst transforms enterprise data and business requirements into trusted analytics, reporting, and workflow solutions. The role supports all business lines through development in Creatio, Power BI, and Cognos Analytics/IBM Business Analytics.

What You Will Do

Develop and deliver role-based Creatio onboarding and new-hire training, maintain supporting guides and job aids, and reinforce adoption of approved CRM processes and data-entry standards. Design and maintain Power BI semantic models, data transformations, DAX measures, interactive dashboards, scheduled refreshes, security rules, and reusable reporting assets.
