Senior Engagement Manager – Trade Finance Operations, Transformation & Agentic AI

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Trade Finance Delivery & Agentic AI Transformation Lead to manage strategic Trade Finance engagements and drive AI-led transformation across Trade Finance operations.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will lead end-to-end Trade Finance operations, drive AI-led transformation, and manage client governance, executive reviews, audits, escalations, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 18+ years of Banking & Financial Services experience with strong Trade Finance expertise
• Knowledge of Trade Finance products, Trade Compliance, OFAC screening, and SWIFT messaging
• Experience managing global Trade Finance operations and transformation programs
• Background in process improvement, service governance, and operating model change
• Experience in AI, GenAI, Intelligent Automation, and Agentic AI initiatives
• Exposure to Trade Finance platforms and workflow automation tools
• Graduate degree in Finance, Business, Banking, Technology, or related discipline
• MBA, CDCS, CITF, Lean Six Sigma, and AI/Cloud certifications preferred
