People Ops – Dakar

We’re looking for a proactive and creative operator to join our team as our first in-market People Ops hire. Based in Dakar, you’ll support the employee lifecycle not only for Capi Senegal, but also Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Congo, Mali, Kenya, Benin, Togo, and additional markets as we grow!

Requirements

• 4+ years in People Operations, HR, Office Management, or a similar operational role.
• Strong organisational skills that make you able to coordinate across teams and countries without dropping details.
• Excellent people and communication skills; you are approachable and solutions-oriented.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
