Role Overview
Lead a team of Inside Sales Executives to drive new client acquisition and grow the organization through new client acquisition. Develop and implement sales strategies, set and monitor sales goals, and provide training and ongoing call coaching.
What You Will Do
Grow and manage a team, develop and implement sales strategies, provide training and coaching, track sales quotas, and report on sales metrics.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of business-to-business sales experience
- At least 2 years of experience in people leadership or peer coaching
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- 4 years of experience in a sales leadership role
- Experience leading sales teams to above goal attainment
- Experience with CRM software, MS Excel and Google Suite Products
