Lead the centralization and harmonization of people operations processes across multiple jurisdictions, including Europe, Americas, APAC, and MENA regions. Design and implement standardized processes, build a high-performing global operations team, and lead change management initiatives to support continued growth as a multinational fintech organization.
Requirements
- Lead the People Operations globally distributed function globally
- Oversee all employee lifecycle processes
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies
- Lead cross-functional change initiatives
- Build a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration within the People Operations team
- Proven experience in multinational environments
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
- Experience working with HRIS systems and HR automation tools
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in change management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
