The Texas Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Division is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to refine datasets and perform moderately complex data analysis and research. The successful candidate will work under general supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with major course work in data science, business analytics, computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics, or economics.
- Three (3) years of work experience in data analysis, research, compilation, and/or report writing and design.
- Experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, Access, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and/or data analytics software or related.
