Contracts & Sales Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The Contracts & Sales Operations Analyst supports the administration and ongoing management of customer agreements across the Canadian business portfolio. The position requires accurate and timely administration, consistently high data and reporting quality, effective management of assigned work with minimal supervision, and providing a positive customer experience.

What You Will Do

Administer post-award customer agreements, maintain accurate customer and contract information, manage inbound customer requests, support pricing administration, and produce accurate reports.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in contract administration, sales or commercial operations, pricing administration, customer support, business operations, account management or a related analytical role
• Bachelors degree in business administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and assigned post-award activities independently and with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, PivotTables, lookups, and data-validation techniques
• Ability to identify and appropriately escalate operational, compliance, pricing, and data-integrity issues
