Role Overview
Lead a team of Account Managers focused on driving revenue from existing customers, driving a structured sales process, and coaching the team to prospect into accounts and close business.
What You Will Do
Prospect into accounts, run quality conversations and account reviews, ask strong discovery questions, position new offerings, deliver presentations and demos, and close the business.

Requirements
- Experience managing an inside sales team selling software (SaaS)
- Strong orientation toward driving revenue and selling, not only supporting customers
- Experience with prospecting and a structured sales process
- Experience coaching reps hands on, including listening to calls and demos, running roleplays, and getting into the weeds to develop them
- Ability to drive accountability, holding reps to key indicators and performance standards
- Ability to interview and hire talented sales professionals
- 3-5 years as a Sales Manager of an inside sales team
