Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or campaign execution
- Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot)
- Strong attention to detail and QA mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and reporting tools
