Associate Director, FP&A

Role Overview

The Associate Director, FP&A will contribute to the company’s legacy of financial strength by balancing leadership skills with analytical and technical skills. The role will have ownership over budgeting, monthly forecasting and closing, annual and long-range planning for the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will prepare and present senior leadership and support various other senior leadership presentations and communications. The role will oversee a team of three finance professionals and be responsible for the overall organization of FP&A activities across the $6B+ business.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• 5+ years of direct FP&A experience in multi-site manufacturing or HVAC environment
• 5+ years partnering with 3+ core operational teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management) to align operational metrics with financial targets
• 5 + years of knowledge of US GAAP, reporting requirements, financial analysis techniques, budgeting/forecasting processes, financial/cost analysis and budgeting/forecasting skills
• 5 + years of analytical and spreadsheet development experience, along with prior knowledge of financial consolidation systems (HFM preferred) and Excel
