FP&A Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, cost management, and operational finance activities for the business. In this highly visible role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Plant Leadership by providing financial insights, driving productivity initiatives, managing capital investments, and ensuring financial discipline across the organization.

What You Will Do

As an FP&A Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the business, monitoring daily operating expenses, analyzing budget-to-actual variances, and driving cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling, Cost Accounting, or Manufacturing Finance.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments.
• Experience with capital project management and fixed asset accounting.
• Strong ERP systems experience, preferably SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence business decisions across multiple functions.
