Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will work with sales, estimating, operations, contractors, and customers to develop skills in BAS, WebCTRL, estimating, Salesforce, opportunity qualification, customer discovery, presentations, negotiation, account planning, and sales strategy. The role is built for candidates with the right attitude, aptitude, curiosity, and work ethic.
What You Will Do
The Inside Sales Representative will support active pursuits, develop skills to qualify opportunities, communicate value, understand buying centers, support estimates and proposals, and contribute to disciplined pipeline growth. Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying opportunities, partnering with outside sales, using Salesforce, supporting estimating, and reviewing specifications.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to participate full-time in an 18- to 24-month structured development program
- Ability to safely access and navigate commercial construction and industrial work sites during observations and training
- 3+ months Basic proficiency using computer systems and standard software
