Carrier Global Corporation is hiring a Manager, FP&A to join the CSA FP&A team and manage CSA’s financial performance. The role involves coordinating finance team and functional leaders to support key functional costs’ reporting deliverables, evaluating actual results, and analyzing key reporting packages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years experience in Accounting or Finance, or Master’s Degree with 3+ years experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and HFM Smart View for Excel is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) at an advanced level
  • Power BI is a plus
  • Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data to drive sound problem-solving and decision-making
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting and deliverables
  • Proven interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including clear and effective verbal and written communication, and the ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated commitment to accountability and continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage competing and evolving priorities with agility, maintaining professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment
