Requirements
- Higher professional education with a commercial/economic work and thinking level, preferably with a technical background
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar inside sales function within the HVAC industry
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Experience with MS Office and CRM systems
- Result-oriented, accurate, and structured
- Commercial insight and negotiation skills
- Curious, innovative, and eager to learn
- Empathetic ability and flair in customer contact
