Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Service Account Manager to lead the development of their team and drive profitability, growth, and satisfaction of their customer base. The role is responsible for driving productivity, development, and retention of the team, as well as developing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and account penetration.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial HVAC and/or Building Automation Systems (BAS) industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Direct knowledge of HVAC control and mechanical systems (preferred)
- Strong experience in forecasting revenue, margins, service agreement costs, and utilization (preferred)
- Exceptional team leadership skills (preferred)
- Proven capacity to communicate professionally in written and verbal format (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency with cloud-based delivery tools (ServiceMax, SalesForce, Cora), and other tools (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced estimating and execution tools (preferred)
