As a Part Time Sales Manager, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families, welcoming customers, maintaining a positive environment, and leading a team to success.

Requirements

  • Become a product and brand expert of our brands

  • Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities
  • Utilize customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity

  • Offer consistent, in the moment feedback to store team and raise performance concerns
  • Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement and appreciation
  • Support store team with Asset Protection
