Caseware is seeking a Manager, Product Operations to drive the operating cadence and enable release scheduling clarity for product leaders and stakeholders. The successful candidate will work directly with the Senior Technical Program Manager and the product leadership team in a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in our Toronto office.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Product Ops / program operations experience in a SaaS context (B2B or Enterprise SaaS preferred)
- A knack for making complex cross-functional work feel organized, predictable, and calm
- Clear, concise written communication; dependable follow-through
- Practical fluency with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence/Notion/SharePoint) and structured docs/templates
