Role Overview

The Marketing and Sales Operations Representative will work closely with Cat dealers across India to deliver Differentiated Dealer Capabilities, drive process improvement, and execute Marketing & Sales Operations related strategies to solve customers’ toughest challenges.

The incumbent will lead and deliver Differentiated Dealer Capabilities, drive disciplined dealer sales funnel management, and identify, prioritize, and implement service operations improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
