Role Overview
A Sales Manager is needed to take ownership of the Western Cape market for a growing ICT products and services company. The role involves leveraging established market relationships, leading a small regional team, and converting relationships into real revenue.

The Sales Manager will activate existing connections, lead a team, and drive high-value opportunities to closure. They will also develop and execute the Western Cape sales strategy, monitor pipeline health, and ensure sales targets are met.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in a sales management or senior sales leadership role within the ICT sector
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and drive high-performing sales teams
- Experience managing complex, large-scale sales opportunities
- Strong background in sales forecasting, pipeline management, KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making
- Established, verifiable relationships with clients, vendors and distributors within the Western Cape ICT market
- Existing regional network and market credibility
- Proven track record of converting relationships into measurable revenue, gross profit and repeat business
- Strong understanding of ICT vendor ecosystems
- Solid grasp of ICT products and solutions across hardware, infrastructure, storage, virtualisation, end-user computing and associated services
- Demonstrated knowledge of government procurement processes, tender requirements and bid compliance
- Excellent pricing, negotiation and commercial deal-structuring skills
