Role Overview
The Digital Operations Producer will modernize and streamline workflows across regional stations nationwide, evaluating emerging technologies and standardizing practices. This role will bridge technology strategy and daily operations, guiding teams toward efficient, audience-focused practices and establishing new, digital-first standards and workflows.
What You Will Do
Key tasks include mapping digital production workflows, connecting technical experts, tracking emerging tech trends, designing and implementing efficient digital production processes, and fostering strong partnerships across divisions.

The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or university degree in a related field, minimum five years of relevant experience in media, IT, or communications, and deep knowledge of cross-platform production, publishing, and broadcasting.
