Role Overview

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, research and analyze market trends, conduct presentations, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, and negotiate terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2 plus years of proven track record in outside sales, with a focus on facility management services or related industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of facility management services and industry trends is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
