Product Development Program Manager – Product Operations

Celigo is looking for a Product Development Program Manager to strengthen alignment, execution, and operational discipline across its product development organization. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in program or lifecycle management within a B2B SaaS product organization and a strong understanding of modern product development practices.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in program or lifecycle management within a B2B SaaS product organization
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or relevant field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong understanding of modern product development practices (e.g., dual-track discovery & delivery, double-diamond, triad collaboration)
• Solid grasp of the full product development lifecycle (PDLC), including discovery, funding alignment, delivery, and post-launch evaluation
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Product Discovery
• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, cross-team initiatives in shared-resource environments
• Technical fluency in SaaS and web application environments; able to engage credibly with engineering and architecture discussions
• Experience operationalizing and strengthening product operating models within scaling organizations
• Experience working in environments with shared engineering pools and cross-team dependencies
• Experience supporting globally distributed product teams (e.g., US/India collaboration)
• Familiarity with microservices or platform-based architectures
• Experience working within or closely alongside a Product Operations function
