Requirements
- Responsible for the development and performance of all business development and sales activities for the Intel & Cyber sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with intelligence community organizations, federal agencies, and key mission stakeholders
- Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities that align with customer missions and sector priorities
- Oversee a team of business development and sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance leadership
- Act as the “voice of the customer,” helping shape future product and technology roadmaps
- Drive expansion into core target markets and elevate revenue growth
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform sector strategy and investment decisions
- Develop and manage annual business development plans, metrics, and forecasts
- Engage in customer meetings, industry events, and government forums
- Ensure adherence to all internal processes and US federal regulatory requirements
