Role Overview
We are looking for two onsite Agentforce Developers based in Hartford, CT. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including LWC, Apex, and Aura.

The Agentforce Developer will work in Agile environments, collaborate with offshore teams, and have experience with Salesforce AI tools, including Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, and Next Best Action.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including LWC, Apex, and Aura
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices
- Experience with Salesforce AI tools, including Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, and Next Best Action
- Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning using Salesforce logs and monitoring tools
- Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe methodology experience is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model and collaborating with offshore teams
