Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative 1 is a fully independent, customer-facing support and technical inside role responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions related to quotes, orders, pricing, availability, and basic technical assistance. This role requires strong execution, clear communication, and accurate system work in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, prepare and manage quotes and orders within ERP systems, proactively manage open orders, and communicate clearly and early when issues arise.

Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 1-3 years experience in an inside sales support, customer support, order management or similar customer-facing role
- Experience in the hygienic/sanitary process equipment industry, preferred
- Working knowledge of quoting, order processing, and ERP-based workflows
