Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative 2 (ISR 2) is a senior individual contributor who handles higher-complexity customer interactions and develops deeper product or customer specialization. This role requires strong execution, clear communication, and accurate system work in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, prepare and manage quotes and orders within ERP systems, proactively manage open orders, and communicate clearly and early when issues arise.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong candidates will have experience managing complex quotes, orders, and customer requirements, and a technical/mechanical emphasis is preferred.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; college credits desired; technical/mechanical emphasis preferred
- 3-7 years experience in an inside sales support, customer support, order management or similar role with increasing complexity
- Experience managing complex quotes, orders, customer requirements, and ERP-based workflows in the same or a similar industry
- Experience in the hygienic/sanitary process equipment industry, preferred
