Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative 3 (ISR 3) is a senior subject-matter expert who contributes beyond individual execution through mentoring, problem-solving, and process improvement. This role requires strong execution, clear communication, and accurate system work in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, prepare and manage quotes and orders within ERP systems, proactively manage open orders, and communicate clearly and early when issues arise.
