Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative 3 (ISR 3) is a senior subject-matter expert who contributes beyond individual execution through mentoring, problem-solving, and process improvement. This role requires strong execution, clear communication, and accurate system work in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, prepare and manage quotes and orders within ERP systems, and proactively manage open orders to ensure delivery, accuracy, and follow-through.
