Analyst Relations Specialist (Product Marketing)

Role Overview

Centric Software is looking for an Analyst Relations Specialist to support its global Analyst Relations program. The role involves coordinating analyst briefings, managing evaluations submissions, and preparing supporting materials. The position reports to the VP of Product & Vertical Marketing and is a 100% remote working position.

The Analyst Relations Specialist will support the execution of Centric Software’s global Analyst Relations program, coordinate analyst briefings and inquiries, manage evaluations submissions, and prepare supporting materials.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Communications or a related function
• Experience in B2B technology or enterprise software is strongly preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and analytical capabilities, with an interest in technology, markets, and competitive dynamics
• Ability to gather information from multiple stakeholders and transform it into clear, structured, and concise content
• Strong PowerPoint skills and confidence working with data, presentations, and written submissions
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous exposure to analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC or similar organizations is a plus, but not required
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, or related industries is a plus
• English (fluent) required; a second language such as French, German, or Spanish is preferred
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Curious, collaborative, and comfortable learning complex topics quickly
• Strong team spirit
