You will work on CERN’s 5-Yearly Review, analysing benchmarking results and contributing to assessing modifications to CERN’s compensation structures and policies. You will also provide analytical support to the HR Department and develop dashboards and reports.
Requirements
- Participate in Compensation & Benefits benchmarking exercises
- Perform data extraction, analysis and reporting
- Support operational activities in entry salary calculations
- Develop, maintain and improve dashboards, reports and data visualisations
