Financial Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive, detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 1-2 years of professional experience to join our fast-paced finance team. In this role, you will be the backbone of the finance team, taking ownership of essential record maintenance, high-volume data scrubbing, and detailed reconciliations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid foundational understanding of accounting principles (e.g., GAAP, double-entry bookkeeping, accruals).
• Minimum GPA of 3.6.
• Proficient with Excel with a strong emphasis on data manipulation and demonstrated hands-on experience in financial process automation.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills—must be comfortable diving deep into the data to find and fix discrepancies.
• Self-motivated and proactive: proven ability to independently identify tasks, take ownership, and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
• Strong organization, time management, and ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude, ready to tackle new operational challenges.
