Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience to join our team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce development skills, experience delivering scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, and a collaborative approach to working with business stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce enhancements across Salesforce applications and integrated enterprise systems.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications.
- Understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle practices, including sandbox management, source control, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Experience using version-control tools such as Git.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, application design principles, and debugging techniques.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
