Role Overview
The Data Analyst is responsible for processing data into comprehensive reports, aiming to produce information that is accessible to different departments in the authority. This position is responsible for data analysis of complex data systems and documenting data elements, data flow, relationships and dependencies to support the business needs of the authority.
What You Will Do
Creation & Refactoring of SQL Stored Procedures, Optimizing internal SQL scripts via performance tuning methods, Design, Develop, Test, and Deploy reports for Power BI development and administration, Developing automated and reusable routines for extracting requested information from database system, Creation and management of Power BI Server Semantic Models & Architecture.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years hands-on experience with SSMS / SSRS/ Power BI
- Extensive knowledge in SQL Development to understand underlying data structures
- Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server, familiar with one or more database query languages, such as SQL Stored Procedures or Equivalent
- Excellent verbal, oral and written communication skills, organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to demonstrate complex and quantitative problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with quick and creative solutions
