Role Overview
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the South Korea market as a single-country territory, working across two strategic customer segments: National Security / Law Enforcement and Financial Services. You will be responsible for selling compliance, investigations, fraud, and security solutions to Korean national security agencies, law enforcement, regulators, banks, payment processors, and fintechs. This is a senior, hybrid role that requires adaptability across different buying cultures, procurement processes, and customer maturity levels within Korea.
What You Will Do
You will own and exceed a country-level enterprise quota, build and own your pipeline from the ground up, establish trust and build strong relationships with Korean Intelligence, Defence, and Law Enforcement agencies, and prospect, qualify, and close complex enterprise deals with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience selling into Korean financial institutions and/or Korean government, intelligence, defence, or law enforcement agencies
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Demonstrated success in enterprise-level B2B SaaS sales with complex sales cycles
- Experience selling compliance, risk, fraud, data, investigations, or security solutions
- Established trusted relationships within the Korean financial services ecosystem and/or Korean National Security / Public Sector agencies
- Strong understanding of Korean public sector procurement systems as well as financial services buying processes and regulatory considerations
- Ability to think like an entrepreneur and develop market segments from scratch
- Demonstrated experience building markets or territories from the ground up
- Articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communication skills
- Native-level Korean and business-level English fluency
- Willingness to travel within South Korea as required
