The Senior Field Marketing Manager will lead demand generation programs across North America, developing regional demand generation strategies and partnering with regional sales leadership to drive pipeline growth and strengthen relationships across the digital asset ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing roles
- Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams to generate pipeline and accelerate deals
- Strong experience running regional marketing programs including events, executive roundtables, and integrated campaigns
- Experience marketing to financial services, technology, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency companies
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance and optimizing programs based on KPIs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 30% for regional events, customer meetings, and internal programs
