We’re hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to help us better understand our business and make faster, better decisions. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to drive impact, not just report on it.
Requirements
- Own the financial model
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve operating and cash flow models
- Translate strategic initiatives into scenarios
- Stress-test assumptions and proactively surface risks and opportunities
- Build and run KPI infrastructure
- Define and own core business and sales KPIs
- Build dashboards that leadership actively uses to make decisions
- Partner with Sales, Ops, and Finance to ensure metrics are accurate and actionable
- Continuously iterate on metrics that are not driving behavior or outcomes
- Generate business and sales insights
- Analyze revenue, pipeline, sales efficiency, and unit economics
- Deliver clear insights on what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what to do next
- Proactively identify trends and issues before they show up in results
- Support high-impact ad hoc analyses tied to real business decisions
- Act as a thought partner to leadership
- Work closely with the Head of FP&A on strategic questions
- Bring data-backed hypotheses and perspectives
- Challenge assumptions constructively
- Help drive tradeoff decisions across growth, efficiency, and cash
