Role Overview
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Chalhoub Group’s commercial beauty division. Partner with business leaders to improve profitability and support strategic decisions.
What You Will Do
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning. Own monthly performance reviews, present financial insights to senior leadership, and strengthen reporting processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- CPA, ACCA, CIMA or MBA is advantageous
- Strong financial modelling, advanced Excel, and business-intelligence/reporting skills
- Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, margin, and cost management
- Commercial acumen, executive communication, and stakeholder-management capability
