Sales Manager in Training

Role Overview

The Sales Manager in Training will lead and direct the sales and marketing strategies for the site location, creating a highly energized selling culture and partnering with other Titan leaders to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.

The primary responsibilities of this position will be to lead and direct the sales and marketing strategies, create and maintain a highly energized selling culture, and develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to improve revenue performance and market share growth.

Requirements

• Possess strong communication and negation/closer skills
• Help lead and train sales team
• Strong Marketing skills which include social media and other sales platforms
• Must follow up with all customers who are eligible to purchase and/or have purchased with Titan within 24 hours of the initial contact
• Ensure that sales and marketing strategies are developed and planned at an executive level
• Motivate, inspire, and coach a winning team
• Help recruit and set interviews weekly
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Persuasive but creative strategies to increase traffic and sales in-store
• Must be a fast-paced, independent, and motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed
