Role Overview

This is a part-time Sales Manager role at Next’s Cork Opera Lane store. You will lead and inspire a team to prioritize outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves supporting the store management team across all product areas and running the store when needed.

Manage a team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient environment. Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities, working alongside the team. Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs.
