This position will work on various projects within the People Operations department, including onboarding and transitioning into a new HR system, documenting standard HR procedures, and assisting with onboarding processes for new employees.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Currently enrolled in an accredited academic college or university majoring in Human resources or Business Administration
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Meticulous attention to details
- Effective interpersonal skills and demeanor
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Proficient in the use of a PC in a Windows environment, the Internet, and MS Office Applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to understand and solve problems by applying intermediate analytical skills
