Research Data Engineer

The Research Data Engineer will support the analysis, design, and implementation of the data management lifecycle, including data ingestion, integration, warehousing, data mart design, and information delivery for research data assets.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, database administration, and/or data warehousing
• 2 years of experience using software such as SQL Server Reporting Services
• 5 years of experience using SQL
• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to support specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Experience manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large, disconnected datasets
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer/software engineering, information technology, healthcare informatics, or related fields
