We are hiring for a Director of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy across our Lending and Trust & Safety product areas. The Director of Product Marketing will own how we bring complex, high-impact financial products and risk systems to market—translating them into clear, compelling value for our members while maintaining trust and transparency.
Requirements
- Define and lead go-to-market strategy for key products and features, from launch through scale
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers
- Drive alignment across Product, Growth, Brand, and Analytics to ensure cohesive execution
- Improve product adoption, engagement, and retention through effective product marketing strategies
- Partner with Product to influence roadmap and feature prioritization based on market and customer insights
- Build and scale a high-performing Product Marketing team, setting clear priorities and execution standards
- Establish frameworks and processes for repeatable, high-quality product launches
